INDUSTRY NEWS 17 EMMY LONDON UNVEILS CORINTHIA COLLECTION Bridal footwear designer Emmy Scarterfield recently launched her latest collection, Corinthia, inspired by the namesake luxury London hotel. Drawing inspiration from the Baccarat crystal chandelier fondly referred to as the “heart of the hotel”, the collection embraces circle and look forms and incorporates ornate glass beadwork. Speaking about the collection, Emmy says, “I adore the Corinthia as it is such a beautiful luxurious space to spend time in. Within the architecture and styling, the hotel has created a perfect balance of historical references with modern touches. My previous collections have been inspired by destinations and architecture around the world, so it was great to gain inspiration closer to home and celebrate the brand’s London heritage.” From sleek slingbacks to stiletto courts, the collection is delicate, feminine and timeless.
