Who: Scoop International, scoop-international.com Where: Saatchi Gallery, London When: 21 st – 23 rd July, 2019 Louise Prance, editor of Attire Accessories, talks about her Scoop experience: As show season takes hold, it can be daunting to know which one to attend. Well, let me tell you, clear a space in the diary for Scoop. Held on the same days as Pure London, it’s easy to go to both, with the show organisers making it even easier, with taxis waiting outside to ferry you between the two. Located at the Saatchi Gallery, there is no finer setting to go about your buying business, and as soon as you enter the doors, you can feel the fashion oozing out of every nook and cranny of the building. Scoop felt like a break from the norm for me, with lots of exhibitors there that aren’t often seen at the other shows, and it was refreshing. A lot of the product on show may be of a higher price point, but there are a wide range of brands exhibiting – and the fashion accessories were a delightful showcase of the trend-led, artistic, free-thinking goods our industry has to offer. So if you fancy opting for something off the beaten track, as well as getting a taste for some classic, en vogue and out-there pieces, visiting Scoop is a must. Plus, there’s that glass of wine waiting for you on King’s Road after. What’s not to love?
