SPRING FAIR 39 Opticaid UK Stand: 4C73 opticaid.net The quality reading glasses and sunglasses company Opticaid has collaborated with Scottish I like birds brand and designer Stuart Cox to create a range of eight premium ready reading glasses with matching cases. The team will showcase its new range at this year’s Spring Fair. Opticaid Buyer Gillian Marchbank says, “We started with more than 200 variations and have ended up with eight frames and designs but we think we’ve got something for everyone. The range appeals to those who already love the I like bird brand, or those who need a pair of cool or slightly quirky readers. “This is our first licensing venture and Stuart held our hand through the whole process. It really is a true collaboration between the brand and our business.” Each design is gift boxed, comes in six reading strengths and has an RRP of £23. Stock and retail display units are available now. Miss Milly Stand: 1H21 missmilly.co.uk Miss Milly, the British brand for gorgeous jewellery and scarves, has an established reputation for its stunning use of colour. Spring Fair will be no exception with a huge splash of mint and aqua, next season’s big colour, alongside the pastel trend and its own favourite bright tones. As a result of its own growth, Miss Milly has increased its stand size, refreshed the décor and, as usual, carried out a huge revamp of the ranges. Scarves are still key for gift and accessories buyers, and Miss Milly is launching a limited selection of scarf pins, a range which it hopes will be as popular as the magnetic brooches, a big hit in 2019, with new designs to be launched. With a stunning array of bold but easy-to- wear designs featuring flowers, hearts, leaves and abstract and geometric patterns, the collection is the most eye-catching to date and still as reasonably priced as ever. We spoke to Sarah Watmore, Miss Milly founder, about the show: Q. What is it that you enjoy about Spring Fair? We love displaying the new ranges for the first time at Spring Fair, seeing the complete collection come to life and getting feedback from customers. Q. What will you be showcasing on your stand? Mint is the big colour story for SS20 and we have a large number of new jewellery items in this colourway, which is part of a coastal theme incorporating aqua and turquoise too. For brand new product launches, we have a limited range of scarf pins and cufflinks in response to customer demand. Talbot Fashions Stand: 1H18 talbotfashions.com Talbot Fashions was established in 1980 and will be celebrating its 40 th year in the jewellery and accessories industry in 2020. Still going from strength to strength, Talbot will be showing its bestselling, branded and gift-boxed Tide Jewellery and Wish Jewellery collections at Spring Fair, with many new and exciting designs added. Designs include real dried flowers, butterflies and birds, which include a Robin, Kingfisher, Barn Owl, Goldfinch and Swallow, with each design encapsulated in a glass pendant and supplied on a chain. Stainless steel necklace and earrings sets are also gift-boxed with many designs to suit all tastes and there is a collection of faceted glass pendants with matching earrings.
