We have recently relaunched the Jewelcity and Fable website. In the current market, we believe you need to change with the times, and keep improving yourselves. The relaunch of both websites has given us a boost in sales, with the support of social media and marketing, we are heading in the right direction. What have been the key milestones in the business? Within the last 18 months, we have hit many milestones, launching new websites, new POS/ brochures, media updates, new collections and the growth of our sales team. Its really been an interesting year for us! How do you view the current market and what trends, both in business and product, do you see emerging over the coming months? There’s many amazing trends emerging, but as a company, especially with Fable, we don’t follow the trends as such. There’s always an element of looking, but our take on what we think would be a great selling product and what we believe in makes us different from the competitors. Our customers can come to us for something different. What are your future plans for the business? We are continuously working on new products and finding new sources, being more eco- friendly and making a serious commitment to fair trade.
