Joe Davies has announced that it will remain open during November, with many of its customers still trading throughout the UK such as Post Offices, pharmacies, garden centres and online retailers, as well as those offering Click & Collect.
Paul Hooker, commercial director, says, "The news that many independent retailers will have to close really is awful. We have many deliveries arriving from the Far East and will be here to help our customers in any way we can during these tough times. It is likely that we will operate on reduced staffing depending on demand and we have implemented all the measures you would expect to keep our staff safe."
The company also reports that demand has surged ahead of the lockdown for its range of snoozies Face Coverings, with all designs in stock and more on the way.
