Domino Jewellery nominated for UK Jewellery Award

Domino Jewellery has once again been nominated for a UK Jewellery Award in the Supplier of the Year category, held on 4th July, 2018.

The entire team was delighted to be nominated in the UK's longest-standing jewellery awards event, which will take place at The Artillery Garden, London. Domino Jewellery is the current holder of the 2017 Supplier of the Year award. The Supplier of the Year category requires nominees to demonstrate improvements in customer service, through developments in technology, manufacturing techniques or design.

Improvements highlighted in Domino Jewellery submission included dramatic reductions in service delivery levels to 10 days, breadth of collection, focus on consumer design trends, introduction of collection e-Brochures, improvements in live pricing and product data and provision of customer-branded online retailing tools.

Andrew added, “We are constantly focused on delivering the highest quality with the shortest lead times. Our new micro-setting cell is a great example of how that focus has benefited our customers in terms of reduced lead times and quality control.
