9 I t’s hard to believe that it’s been a year since I took over as editor of this wonderful magazine, and what a year it’s been. Despite having been with our publishing company for nearly eight years, it was my first time on Attire Accessories , and I have loved getting to grips with the title and giving it a little refresh. Over the past year, you’ll have noticed we’ve changed up the look, logo and given the content a bit of a freshen up too. So now we’re all shiny and new, it’s time to look forward to 2019. Despite the uncertainty of Brexit looming over us all, we will continue on our mission to lead the pack when it comes to guiding you on industry news, showcasing the best companies in the market and keeping you abreast of what’s happening at the shows. Speaking of shows, I’m sure you’re all aware that January and February bring a whole host of must-visit events, and in this issue, we’re putting the spotlight on Spring Fair, Moda, Pure London, Scoop International and London Fashion Week. And if you’re daunted by the sheer volume of events you need to cram in your diary, have a read of my blog on page 122, where I discuss just why the show season is so important for your business.
