This dedicated event space for brands and businesses in the jewellery sector will offer access to Autumn Fair’s audience of more than 20,000 visitors, including buyers, independent retailers, ecommerce giants and department stores. In 2019, Autumn Fair experienced a 60 per cent pre-show onsite rebook rate, highlighting just how effective the show is for exhibiting businesses. Autumn Fair is timed and located to offer buying opportunities at the start of the ‘Golden Quarter’ – the busiest and most profitable shopping time of the year that incorporates the festive season. In its debut year, the Jewellery & Watch Salon will serve as an Autumn Fair hot spot for jewellery services and solutions, fashion, silver and semi-precious jewellery suppliers, designer brands and fine jewellery businesses. The Salon will take place in Hall 9, adjacent to the Fashion & Gift Hall for complementary buying opportunities. Visit topdrawer.com Ottoman Hands JEWELLERY & WATCH ANNOUNCES SPRING FORWARD SOURCING SCHEME Jewellery & Watch has announced its Spring Forward sourcing scheme, which aims to connect UK-made brands and makers with department store buyers. Facilitated by the National Association of Jewellers (NAJ), the programme is application-only, with individuals and brands chosen for the scheme benefitting from prime exhibition space. They will also be backed up by 12-months of assistance from the NAJ directly following the show. Jewellery & Watch event director, Kirsty Broere, says, “We know that British department stores have a strong desire to source UK- made products and tell these stories to their customers. Many stores are choosing to work with brands and businesses in their local area, or city, to inspire customers with homegrown and local product they can relate to.
