Lloyd Blakey, Founder and Creative Director of Innovare Design will be joined by his colleague and Client Services Director, Rebecca Sharman, to present a session titled, "Unlock Your Store's Potential: Brand Building for Retail Jewellers".

Drawing on their combined experience as design consultants specialising in retail environments, Blakey and Sharman will give business owners food for thought on how to make the most of their bricks and mortar stores and how to future-proof their physical businesses.

The pair will be followed by Sarah Jordan, Founder and Director of The William Agency, who will deliver a talk titled, "Protect Your Reputation: Best Practice for Marketing Diamonds and Lab-Grown Gemstones". Finally, Kat Rose of Cheltenham-based consultancy SharpFox Social will round out the Better Business schedule with a talk dedicated to social media. Rose supports small businesses and start-ups with training, coaching and group workshops, as well as running accounts on behalf of clients. Her talk at the NAJ Summit will focus on optimising your Instagram bio, creating engaging social media content and producing Instagram Stories and Reels that convert to sales. She will also support attendees with one-to-one advice sessions. --The Supplier Showcase was established as an important facet of the NAJ Summit in 2021 and has since been updated and improved to accommodate the feedback of exhibitors and visitors alike.

This small-scale trade presence sits alongside the Institute of Registered Valuers' Conference and the JET Business Network's Retail Jewellers' Congress, in addition to a welcome BBQ and two evening events, including the Members' Gala Dinner and the NAJ Awards 2022.

Retailers interested in attending this year's Supplier Showcase can benefit from 'guest passes' that forgo access to the Valuers' Conference and Retail Jewellers' Congress in favour of a simpler package, including access to the Showcase and Gemstone Marketplace, a timetable of Better Business seminars and lunch.
