A Leeds-based designer and manufacturer of men's jewellery has launched an innovative range of fragrance-infused accessories, inspired by the lunar calendar.
Established in 2014, Vanacci creates unique pendants, bracelets, wallets, cufflinks and watches at their headquarters in Lower Wortley, Leeds. Renowned for their British craftmanship and Italian design flair, the firm released the new range of fragrance-infused accessories on 3rd July.
The new Nightfall range has been designed to feature phases of the moon and incorporates Vanacci's patented Lockstone material; an advanced technology that allows the wearer to spray their favourite scent onto the product, which will then be diffused throughout the day.
The life of cologne is extended by up to seven times with just one spray on a Vanacci bracelet, compared to wearing perfume directly on the skin. At the heart of Vanacci's products rests a micro-porus structure and an internal reservoir, capable of absorbing and retaining moisture. Headed-up by managing director, James Whitfield, Vanacci consists of a tight-knit team of designers, engineers and fashion professionals with more than 20-years' experience in the design industry.
Commenting on the launch of Vanacci's new range, managing director, James Whitfield said, “We're incredibly excited to launch our new range, which has been a natural progression from our original Lockstone products. The new Nightfall range, which has come as a result of lots of market research into consumer demand, combines aesthetics with functionality. We've created a range of fragrance-infused jewellery that is unlike anything else available in the world and we're looking forward to seeing the reaction of our existing and future customers”.
The news follows Vanacci's recent accreditation from the Made in Britain initiative, which seeks to support and promote British manufacturing, enabling buyers and consumers at home and abroad to identify British-made products.
Having recently expanded their office space by 76 per cent, Vanacci recently invested in additional machinery and equipment, including a lathe and a permanent photography studio, to support an increase production and fulfil customer demand. Plans for 2017 include the recruitment of two new members of staff to support business growth and development.
